Ramanand Achar
Ramchand Achar is our guiding light in the world of law. He holds an industry experience of forty five years. He enrolled in bar council in the year 1978 with a work experience of more than four decades he has handled more than 10,000+ cases in his tenure, specializing in Banking Law, Civil Law, Real Estate Matters, Debt recovery tribunal cases and SARFEASI cases before the tribunal.
Lalitha Sridhar

Lalitha is known for her strong belief in justice and her passion towards serving the society. From an early age, Lalitha’s favourite subject was law and justice, and this passion led her to the legal profession. Her journey began with a brief stint at a tier-2 law firm, where she gained valuable experience.
Driven by her deep-seated belief in reformative justice, Lalitha embarked on an independent legal career, specialising in marriage-related cases and real estate field as well. Her dedication to helping individuals navigate the complexities of family law has made her a trusted and sought-after advocate in this domain.
In addition to her independent practice, Lalitha has contributed her legal expertise to Sowmya Advocates, primarily focusing on real estate matters. Her commitment to justice goes beyond the courtroom, as she also serves as an Assistant Professor and Guest Faculty at PES University.
Lalitha’s legal prowess and dedication to justice were further recognized when she earned the prestigious title of “Best Lady Advocate – 2014” at the National Moot Court Competition held at Kerala Law Academy College, Trivandrum and the same was honoured by the then sitting High Court Judges of Kerala, triumphing over tough competition at the national level. Her remarkable advocacy skills have bagged her several awards over the years.

Rohit’s journey in the legal realm has been marked by the determination to overcome challenges he faced early on. With a desire to stand independently backed by the learnings he garners from his father having an impressive 40-year background in the field of law.
From his early days in courtrooms to his current role as a respected legal authority, Rohit’s commitment to justice shines through his career. Rohit’s path was clear from the outset – he aspired to be an independent lawyer, ready to face any challenge that came his way. His extensive experience and dedication led him to the esteemed BAR Council, where he honed his legal skills and gained a deep understanding of the intricacies of the law
I am part of the Centre for Child Law which is part of the National Law School Bangalore, where it strives to get justice to children before the Juvenile Justice Board and POCSO matters.
